I'd like someones personal opinion about how much one couple should get paid for taking care of a motel?

We have no rent nor utility bills. We have a fair size apartment so that's good too. But, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week we are stuck here. We do the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. In your opinion, what do you think we should get a month for doing this?

How many rooms? Occupancy Rate? all are things you need to take into consideration. Value of the apartment, Utility expenses and current $ income need to be compared also.
Reply:$5.15 USD per hour each (I asume each one of you will work for 12 hours each day)
Reply:What is the average rent in your area for an apartment? What is the average utility expenses? How many hours a day are you actually doing maintenance and housekeeping?





I would say that the apartment covers the front desk expenses. You should at least get minimum wage for housekeeping and maintenance hours.
Reply:U SHOULD GET AT LEAST $2000 A MONTH. IF UR NOT GETTING IT, THEN MAYBE IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON.
