Reply:I am 9 weeks and have been having the same problem, my Dr. told me that it's just round ligament pain and the "normal growing pains of a rapidly expanding uterus". They're nothing to worry about unless they're severe, constant, or accompanied by bleeding. The round ligament pains are from the ligaments, that support your uterus, stretching to support the new weight of your uterus. Relax and CONGRATS!
Reply:I know that the sharp pains in you abdominal is Round Ligament Pains. I don't know about the ones in your vaginal area. Maybe you should talk to your doctor just to make sure. I'm sure it is something normal.

Good luck.
Reply:It is nothing to worry about sweetie! U will be ok, I know it hurts. I felt the same way when i was prego with both of my boys. I feels like u r rippng open from the inside out! It is compleetly normal. Your body is cnaging and streching and things are moving arround. Your body is just getting redy to carry a precious new life! Hope this helps, and Congrats!
Reply:It is very normal it is called Lower Abdominal and Pelvic Discomfort. It says "Most women, especially during the early months of pregnancy will experience a lower pelvis or abdominal ache or pain. This is usually caused by stretching of the ligaments that hold the uterus in place and also pressure on the bladder and other pelvic structures. In the absence of bleeding, fever, or other symptoms this discomfort is common. Lying down for a short period of time, use of a heating pad, or Extra Strength Tylenol is the only treatment require for this ligament pain. Later in pregnancy, a maternity girdle may be helpful."
