In your honest opinion, would you consider Playboy models to be whores or high-class prostitutes?

I don't know if ALL playboy models do sexual acts (obviously they get paid for it if they do)..... i know they do a lot of nude modeling.

Reply:no, i don't think so. i'm sure some of them are, but it has nothing to do with them being a Playboy bunny. Have you ever looked at a Playboy--those pictures are really fairly nice (and yes, i'm a straight woman and i do mean this about only Playboy). I don't find them offensive to women because they aren't "nasty porn" pictures like the other porn mags out there. I think most of the women that are in Playboy are strong, confident women that are proud of their bodies. And if you've got it--you might as well make money off it while you can!

If i may give my layman expalnation of a whore, its a person who sells ones body for money.





Going by that statement, we all work for money in our day to day lives. Infact, you cannot justify selling sex for money as immoral and from that perspective, dont u think that if u:





1. Preach the gospel to get money u r-a bibilical/theological prostitute?


2. Pose nude for cameras to make money u r-a theatrical prostitute? Etc?





Going by the fact that u use your body to make money in whichever way will simply justify you as a "prostitute". So it very much depends on how u look at it. Try giving it a positive thought and you might find yourself toying with the idea of you tring to side by it.
Reply:Maybe some. It depends on how far they want to get ahead. Some may use their bodies for promotions.

Reply:i'm not sure why being nude = prostitutes/whores to you. I would be interested in what that says about your ideas about women in general. My mom was a playboy bunny and also a model in the magazine and I would not ever classify her as any of the above, or even anything close. She is a regular person who was naked for a picture. Maybe you should take a step back from this judgement your throwing around, or rephrase your question.
Reply:No. Anyone can lay on their back, not everyone can be photographed nude and make it look good. Even with air-brushing techniques these women are beautiful...and they know it. They are intelligent enough to make money off of their looks, work hard for years to get into Playboy and even make a few connections.
