Women, how do you feel about men who get paid more for being equally or less qualified than you?

My personal opinion, is that if a person meets a certain criteria for a job and is highly qualified for that position, then they should be paid accordingly. You agree?

Agree and i am suprised that it is a male that entered this question. Most men are neglugent to the idea that we dont get paid the same way and how unfair it really tends to be. I appreciate your opinion on this situation and completely agree with you

Reply:now ask them, how they feel about being paid to do a job they're incapable of doing. like fireman, police, or any number of jobs they have to call a man to do for them.


ask how they feel about, no standards, just for them.


ask them if they think the hiring process is a joke, cause it is.


and so is the promotion process. thats the reason this country has gone to hell, we have people, from the very top to the very bottom, running everything, that don't know what the hell they're doing.
