What is the best pre paid cell service provider around?

I am stay at home mommy now, and decided not to renew my cell service, so now I am just looking for a pre-paid cell, but I wanted to know everybody's opinions on which one is the best right now. Please let me know which company gives u the money's worth for the minutes, and who has the best service as far as a god signal. thank you!

What is the best pre paid cell service provider around?
Alltel...u can choose whether u want to pay per day, pay per minute, or pay per month plus u get to choose any 2 features for free.
Reply:I'm currently using a Motorola T722i phone with a pre-paid T-mobile to go sim-card. It has no camera nor email nor web browsing capabilities since all those eats up minutes. I buy a refill card for $25 every 50-60 days and a $25 refill gives you about 130-135 minutes on average. After buying about $100 worth of refill card, I get more minutes due to their Gold Reward program which gives you additional 15% more minutes every time you refill. My average refill minutes now is around 156 minutes every refill. And the best part is, you can keep your unused minutes for a year.

The network is pretty reliable and the signal is always strong from where I am. I have not taken the service outside my area so I'm not sure how well the connection will be when it's roaming.

I have not tried other providers since I'm really happy with T-mobile to go.

I hope this helps.
Reply:i have had t-moblie to go and the servie is pretty good, im guessign cingular pre paid is good too.
Reply:Airtel is the best service provider. But there are crores of users using airtel, so there are network problems sometimes.

Hutch is also good. You get free Web service with hutch.
Reply:Virgin mobile has good reception and cheap plans. The best plan out there is t-mobile. The only thing i hate is the reception sucks!
Reply:Boost Mobile works real well. You can use walkie-talkie all day for only a dollar a day, mobile to mobile are 10 cents a min and text cost 10 cents to send and are free to receive. you can also sign up for a premium plan for better rates like unlimited nights and weekends and unlimited chirp(walkie-talkie). hope this is helpful to you.
Reply:i didnt do a lot of research on it, but i got t mobile and i have never had any trouble. i dont use my cell for much since i work 9 hrs a day at a desk w/ phone anyway. but its nice to have when you do need it. i have been real happy with t mobile
