I bought one and they are crap.
I could have paid my car off twice with the money I have had to put into it to fix it!
What is your opinion of the 2000 Ford Focus?
I got a friend that has a focus and he says they are trouble
something about the heater switch recall and to many tune up's or many engen problems

Reply:RUN! Don't walk!!! They look nice, but mechanically are not only a piece of crap, but are quirky too to the extent that to even do a routine break job you'll have to replace the rotors as well, which will jack the price up to over $500!
Reply:I own a 2001 Ford Focus. It's been about a year and I've had no problems so far? So must be the year of the car that something is being recalled or not working properly? You should have gotten warranty on it.
