I love drama and am good with people, but there are few oppertunities to get into TV Presenting, and even if you do, you only get paid when you work.
I'd love to be a pilot but there's a lot of work to do and I'm not sure I'd cope with it all.
And I love kids so I'd love to be a nursery teacher, but nursery teachers don't get paid peanuts.
I haven't done my GCSEs yet, so dont ask that.
YOUR personal opinion, please.
Your personal opinion - should I be an TV Presenter, a Pilot or a Nursery Teacher?
TV presenter? Do you mean newscaster? True- those jobs are few and far between. I would say go for the nursery school teacher if you're passionate about it...and just be smart with your money.
Reply:not much difference lol you should go with the most realistic one but hey if your anything like my son who does his exams next year, then you will have changed you mind 20 times by then
Reply:i think u should be president of the usa......................
Reply:Seriously, which one is the most realistic choice?
Reply:I think if you are actually asking this question then you do not have the passion or drive to enable you to become a pilot or TV Presenter. Both these career choices need total dedication and personal commitment - if you are not saying that is ALL you want to be then you probably won't suceed.
You say yourself you don't think you could cope with the work to become a pilot - you have to be realistic about these things. I desperately wanted to be an RAF pilot when I was your age but due to my myopia and dyslexia I have no chance - I had to be realistic and find a new passion - so I concentrated on my love of cars and motorbikes and now I design them for a living and race them for a hobby.
Also, if you haven't done your GCSEs yet - don't worry too much yet - make sure you do subjects that are not too restrictive and then you can still pursue a career you may "discover" later in life. I didn't finally settle ona career path till my 2nd year of my first university - then I realsied I wasn't happy - left and took a different course and now here I am, self employed automotive design engineer.
Good luck - don't restrict your career path too much at this point in your life - and keep your eyes open for opportunities that WILL arise as you go!
Reply:I think since you are still very young, you need to focus on getting the best education you can. Then you will be in a better position to decide if you have the qualifications to go on to study the career of your choice........
The better your education, the more choice you will have...
Reply:Which ever of the three choices makes u happier, u should go for that.
