My service, that is paid for, is really unacceptable....how do I get any kind of personal help on this?

My e mail is horrible.....the print and page size in terribly inadequate.....the t.v. quide is awful with the new quide.....how do I talk to anyone about this that is interested in a paid for opinion?

Contact the company and complain, and then the Better Business Bureau.
Reply:As far as the email. use a third party email, such as Yahoo or Gmail, and then you will keep the same email address no matter who your provider is. I've had the same email accounts for almost 10 years now.





As far as the print and page size, you can adjust those settings in the "Tools" tab at the top of your internet browser. The text size is adjustable from small to really big, and the page size is adjustable within either the "options" or "preferences" settings in your email account settings page.





You can adjust the page to be anywhere from 50 to 80 characters wide, and even the number of emails displayed per page.





If you don't get the quality of service you desire, call their customer service reps (and, of course, wait on hold), and they can talk you through the setup process for the page sizes.





As far as the TV Guide, you are pretty much stuck with whatever display they use onscreen.
